The film:

“A dwarf sits on a chair with a recognition badge in his hands in an austere room of the police station. He is photographed and interviewed with regard to the violence committed during a revolt. The film turns the clocks back, when the dwarfs detained in the institution take advantage of the absence of the director to rise. The scene is distressing and sinister, increasingly surreal episodes happen one after another, where the dwarfs indulge in acts of vandalism and gratuitous cruelty on objects and persons, in a crescendo increasingly frenetic and hallucinated.”
