The film:

"Tweedledum, the unique popular sportsman, after going with his pretty girlfriend for a horse ride, can’t take his boots off by no means. What can he do? To live all life wearing boots? Or to cut his legs from the knees? These ones are the only possible solutions. But, before ending up like this, he recurs to the most extraordinary ways to get himself out of that mess. Policemen, cars, helpful people, everything and everybody fails. Tweedledum, dead tired, falls asleep. In his sleep, the boots magically slip out from his feet and place themselves in front of the incomparable sportsman… as if to laugh in his face."
